Materials required:

1. Application for Registration of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households signed by the applicant (fill in the Application Registration Form for Individual Industrial and Commercial Households);

2. Proof of employees;

(1) including household registration book and ID card, and relevant certificates of retired and other unemployed persons;

(2) Personnel from other provinces and cities shall submit their ID cards, local temporary residence permits and family planning certificates for women of childbearing age; A photo;

3. Proof of business place;

4. Proof of the relationship between family members who run the family;

5. Name pre-approval notice;

6, regulations, rules and policies should be submitted to the relevant special proof.

Citizens with operational ability refer to individual industrial and commercial households registered by the administrative department for industry and commerce in accordance with the provisions of these regulations.

Individual industrial and commercial households can operate independently or at home.

The legitimate rights and interests of individual industrial and commercial households are protected by law, and no unit or individual may infringe upon them.
