The monthly minimum wage is 1,910 yuan per month, and the minimum wage for part-time working hours is 20.1 yuan per hour. The minimum wage standard refers to the minimum labor remuneration that the employer should pay according to law on the premise that the laborer provides normal labor within the legal working hours or the working hours stipulated in the labor contract signed according to law. When the employer implements the minimum wage standard, it should eliminate: overtime pay; Special allowances for middle shift, night shift, high temperature, low temperature, underground, toxic and harmful; The welfare treatment of workers stipulated by the state. The scope of minimum wage protection includes not only the basic living needs of workers themselves, but also the living needs of family members supported by workers; The minimum wage is determined by the minimum wage rate; The minimum wage only determines the minimum wage standard for workers, and requires all employers to pay their employees or agree on the amount of wages through labor contracts, which shall not be lower than the wage standard determined by the minimum wage rate. Fifth minimum wage standards generally take the form of monthly minimum wage standards and hourly minimum wage standards. The monthly minimum wage is applicable to full-time employees, and the hourly minimum wage is applicable to part-time employees.
Article 6 To determine and adjust the monthly minimum wage, we should refer to the minimum living expenses of local employees and their dependents, the consumer price index of urban residents, the social insurance premiums and housing accumulation funds paid by individual employees, the average wages of employees, the level of economic development, employment status and other factors. To determine and adjust the hourly minimum wage, we should consider the basic old-age insurance premium and basic medical insurance premium paid by the unit on the basis of the promulgated monthly minimum wage, and at the same time, we should properly consider the differences between part-time workers and full-time employees in terms of job stability, working conditions, labor intensity and welfare.
