The national civil service examination, referred to as the "national examination", refers to the civil service examination of the central and state organs. It is a way for national ministries, departments and general administration to recruit staff in central and state organs. The recruitment conditions are relatively strict, generally requiring full-time undergraduate graduates and previous graduates, and some positions require master students and CET-4 and CET-2.
The time is relatively fixed, generally concentrated in 10 to 1 1 every year. National civil servants, that is, staff who perform public duties according to law, are included in the state administrative establishment, and their wages and benefits are borne by the state finance.

The establishment of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Taxation Bureau in State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China has opened a new journey for Ningxia's tax development in the new era. The Party committee and government of the autonomous region firmly support the decision-making arrangements of the CPC Central Committee, will actively promote the merger of tax agencies at all levels in the region, and deepen the reform of the national tax and local tax collection and management system.
