The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
First, transfer positions and plans

Second, the scope and conditions of registration
(A) the scope of registration
In the organs at or below the county level in Shenxian County (including the administrative units with reference to the Civil Service Law), civil servants (administrative personnel with reference to the Civil Service Law) have been registered for the record, and are in the post, serving as the first-level clerk and below.
Persons who meet the above conditions in the organs (units) affiliated to the organs in Shenxian County can also apply.
(2) Registration conditions
1.Applicants should meet the following qualifications:
(1) has good political quality, professionalism, good conduct, decent style, honesty and self-discipline, and strong sense of organizational discipline;
(2) Under 40 years of age (born after 198 1 April/year1/day);
(3) College degree or above;
(4) Having more than 2 years working experience as a civil servant (refer to the administrative personnel of the Civil Service Law), and meeting the minimum years of working in the organs at the same level;
(5) The annual assessments in the past two years are all qualified and above (if the probation period is indefinite, it will be deemed as qualified);
(6) Have the working ability and other relevant conditions required by the public transfer position;
(7) Having the physical condition and psychological quality to perform their duties normally;
(8) Other conditions stipulated by laws and regulations.
The calculation time of working experience and working experience is as of April, 2022 1 1 day, and the current job rank is subject to the position at the time of registration.
2. In any of the following circumstances, you may not apply:
(1) was expelled from China * * * Party membership.
(2) recommended without the approval of the organization.
(3) those suspected of violating discipline and law are being examined by relevant specialized agencies and no conclusion has been reached.
(4) during the period of punishment or under the influence period.

(6) still in the probationary period of newly hired civil servants.
(7) after the transfer, it constitutes a situation that must be avoided by the relevant provisions of the Civil Service Law and the Ombudsman Law.
(8) The organization and personnel department have objections to the audit of files.
(9) Being listed as the object of joint punishment for dishonesty according to law.
(10) other circumstances that are not suitable for entering the supervisory Committee of the county commission for discipline inspection.
Third, the registration time and place
Registration time: April 1 1 day to April 13, 2022.
Registration place: Personnel Testing Center, East Second Floor, Shenxian People's Social Security Bureau
Fourth, the selection procedures and materials
(1) Unit recommendation (April 1 1 day to April 13)
1.Qualified personnel shall fill in the Recommendation Form for Public Selection and Transfer of Civil Servants by the Supervision Committee of Shenxian County Commission for Discipline Inspection in triplicate (see annex) and report it to the Party Committee (Party Group) of their unit; The Party Committee (Party Group) of the unit is strictly controlled, and the applicants are appraised in the Registration Recommendation Form, and the recommendation opinions are put forward. The main person in charge of the unit signs and affixes the official seal.
If the applicant belongs to the organ (unit) of the organ stationed in Shenxian County, it is required to submit the Registration Recommendation Form to the municipal competent unit, which will check and determine the candidate to be recommended and sign and seal it.
The recommending units (departments) are not recommended to apply for the exam because of their low political quality, false style, inaction, buck passing, off-state work and uneasy work.
2. I register to bring the following materials:
(1) Recommendation Form for Public Selection and Transfer of Civil Servants by Supervision Committee of Shenxian Commission for Discipline Inspection (in triplicate);
(2) Personal ID cards, academic qualifications and degree certificates. Returned overseas students should also provide the Certificate of Foreign Academic Degrees issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education. The above materials should be provided with originals and photocopies;
(3) Four recent one-inch bareheaded photos with the same background.
(2) Qualification examination (April 1 1 day to April 14)
The Organization Department of the County Party Committee and the County People's Social Security Bureau shall review the candidates recommended by each unit according to the selection conditions and determine the candidates to take the examination. The qualification examination runs through the whole process of transferring work, and the applicant himself is responsible for the authenticity of the supporting materials provided. At any stage, if the applicant is found not to meet the conditions for transferring, his transferring qualification will be cancelled at any time.
(3) Examination
The examination method is determined according to the registration situation.
(4) Investigation and physical examination
The inspection team was composed of the Organization Department of the County Party Committee and the County People's Social Security Bureau, and went to the unit where the object was inspected to learn more about its political thought, moral quality, law-abiding, honesty and self-discipline, ability and quality, study and work performance. The investigation was conducted by individual talks, investigation visits, and access to personnel files.
The physical examination standard shall be implemented in accordance with the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) and the relevant provisions of the state. The time and place of physical examination will be notified separately.
Those who fail to pass the inspection and physical examination will be replenished according to the total score of the examination from high to low.
Five, publicity and transfer procedures
(1) publicity. The Organization Department of the County Party Committee and the County People's Social Security Bureau study and determine the personnel to be transferred according to the examination results and inspection, and publicize them for 5 working days.
(2) Handling the transfer procedures. After the expiration of the publicity period, if there are no problems or problems that do not affect the post, they will report to the county commission for discipline inspection and handle the relevant transfer procedures according to the specified time.
VI. Organization, Implementation and Requirements
(1) The selection and transfer work shall be organized and implemented by the Organization Department of the County Party Committee and the County People's Social Security Bureau.
