Whether the discipline inspection and supervision institutions can perform their duties efficiently and whether the discipline inspection and supervision work can be carried out smoothly is directly responsible to the discipline inspection and supervision office. In these years' work practice, I mainly have the following experiences.

First, we must have an accurate functional orientation

Accurate positioning is the premise of correct performance. At present, there are more and more tasks of discipline inspection and supervision, involving wider fields and longer work fronts. As a discipline inspection and supervision office, only by correctly positioning its own functions can it fully perform its duties and give full play to its role. This is not only the functional orientation of the discipline inspection and supervision office, but also the basic work direction.

Second, we must have clear working ideas.

It is the basic quality and ability that a leading cadre should have to have ideas in his work and ways in case of trouble. Discipline inspection and supervision has heavy tasks, many contents, strict requirements and high standards. As the person in charge of the discipline inspection and supervision office, only when the working ideas are clear, the guiding ideology is clear, the key points are prominent, the positioning is accurate, and the measures are effective, can the work be carried out in an orderly, tense and orderly manner, in a moderate and gradual manner in Zhang Chi. Third, we should be good at integrating resources from all sides.

Fifth, we must be brave in continuous innovation.

Sixth, we must improve our excellent quality.

Discipline inspection and supervision cadres should pay attention to improving the following qualities. First, we must enhance political quality.
