1. The conditions for opening individual clinics in 2022 are as follows:

(1) Have the qualification to practice medicine and obtain "Practicing Physician Qualification Certificate" and "Physician Practice Certificate";

(2) After obtaining the "Physician Practice Certificate", engage in clinical work in the same profession for more than five years in medical, preventive, and health care institutions;
