At the time of delivery, provide quality certificate, chemical composition analysis of main parts and products ex-factory inspection report.
2. During the installation and debugging of our products before use, we will assign special personnel to assist and guide the relevant personnel on site, and provide relevant training to the personnel designated by the user free of charge.
3. The Company guarantees that the supplied goods are consistent with the quality, specifications and performance specified in the contract, and the owner shall operate the products in accordance with the methods specified in the operating procedures and installation instructions during their operation and use.
4. The quality guarantee period of the products is 12 months after the initial acceptance of the contract equipment is successful.
5. In the process of starting to use our products, because the quality problems of the products can't meet the requirements, the company promises to guarantee the repair.
6. During the warranty period, our company will reply to the failure warranty within 3 hours after receiving the notice from the user, and the technical service personnel will arrive at the site within 50 hours.
7. Product sales service: According to the layout of the subsidiaries and offices of the company, the company will designate the subsidiaries or offices to provide services nearby, and fill in the service feedback form and report it to the company for filing.
8. If the valve quality and delivery date of our company violate the contract and cause losses, we shall bear corresponding economic responsibilities according to the terms of the contract and relevant laws.
