If the workers who meet the isolation conditions refuse to isolate themselves and still require to return to work, the enterprise may ask the health administrative department for help and ask for assistance in compulsory isolation.
According to the law, the patients, pathogen carriers, suspected patients and close contacts of the above-mentioned personnel should be subject to medical observation and take other necessary preventive measures. In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the employer can arrange qualified employees to isolate themselves at home according to their travel situation, health status and other statistical information, and negotiate on the time limit, salary or living expenses of self-isolation at home.
