All the registered personnel, policy resettlement personnel, personnel agents in the reform-related units and the personnel recruited by the provincial competent departments shall be confirmed for resettlement. The eight ways of resettlement are as follows: except the personnel of the municipal traffic fee collection office, inspection brigade and directly affiliated offices are transferred to the tax department, the municipal traffic construction quality and safety supervision and management office, and those who leave their posts in advance, other personnel are transferred to the law enforcement supervision brigade of the Municipal Planning Bureau, the municipal environmental monitoring detachment and the urban public passenger transport management office. The toll station personnel belonging to the Municipal Highway Bureau system are transferred to their posts according to the principle of going back and forth, and the remaining personnel are placed in the Municipal Highway Bureau system and the subordinate units of the Municipal Planning Bureau respectively. Part of the toll station personnel belonging to the Municipal Transportation Bureau are placed in the urban vehicle toll collection management office and the newly established information center, emergency management center, municipal discipline inspection and supervision training center, subordinate units of the Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources, municipal transportation construction and water conservancy investment and financing institutions and Hanshou Yuanshui Bridge management office, and the rest are placed in Lingang Highway Management Station. Road transport management fee collection and management personnel, in the road transport management institutions within the job placement; Waterway maintenance fees, waterway transportation management fees and water passenger and freight surcharge collection management personnel, in the waterway, port and shipping management institutions within the job placement. County and township tractor and motorcycle road maintenance fee collection and management personnel shall be placed by the county and urban people's governments according to their nature. Units involved in the reform of retired, early leave, insurance personnel, the original unit into an organizational system transfer, along with its original unit together with the transfer; Non-organizational transfer, according to the affiliation of the unit, the receiving unit shall be determined by the competent department. Borrowed personnel with personnel and staffing relations in the original unit shall be resettled in the original unit in principle.
