Article 64 Where a company is registered by falsely reporting its registered capital, the company registration authority shall order it to make corrections and impose a fine of more than 5% 15% of the amount of falsely reporting its registered capital; If the circumstances are serious, the company registration or business license shall be revoked.

Article 65 Where a company is registered by submitting false materials or concealing important facts by other fraudulent means, the company registration authority shall order it to make corrections and impose a fine of not less than 50,000 yuan but not more than 500,000 yuan; If the circumstances are serious, the company registration or business license shall be revoked.

Article 68 If a company fails to start business for more than six months without justifiable reasons after its establishment, or suspends business for more than six months after its opening, its business license may be revoked by the company registration authority.

Article 69 When the registered items of a company change, if the relevant change registration is not handled in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations, the company registration authority shall order it to register within a time limit; Those who fail to register within the time limit shall be fined 1 10,000 yuan or more10,000 yuan or less.

Among them, if the change of business scope involves projects that are required to be approved by laws, administrative regulations or the State Council decisions, and the relevant business activities are engaged without approval, if the circumstances are serious, the business license shall be revoked.

Article 72 Where a business license is forged, altered, leased, lent or transferred, the company registration authority shall impose a fine of 1 10,000 yuan or more and110,000 yuan or less; If the circumstances are serious, the business license shall be revoked.

Article 74 Where an institution undertaking asset appraisal, capital verification or verification provides false materials, the company registration authority shall confiscate the illegal income and impose a fine of more than/kloc-0 and less than 5 times the illegal income, and the relevant competent department may order the institution to suspend business, revoke the qualification certificate of the person directly responsible and revoke the business license according to law.

If an institution undertaking asset appraisal, capital verification or verification provides a report with major omissions due to negligence, it shall be ordered by the company registration authority to make corrections. If the circumstances are serious, it shall be fined from/kloc-0 to 5 times of its income, and the relevant competent department may order the institution to suspend business, revoke the qualification certificate of the person directly responsible and revoke its business license according to law.

Article 79 If a company engages in serious illegal acts endangering national security and social interests in the name of the company, its business license shall be revoked.

Regulations on individual industrial and commercial households

Twenty-third individual industrial and commercial households submit false materials to defraud registration, or forge, alter, lease, lend or transfer their business licenses, and the registration authority shall order them to make corrections and impose a fine of less than 4,000 yuan; If the circumstances are serious, the registration shall be revoked or the business license revoked.

Twenty-fourth individual industrial and commercial households registered items change, did not apply for registration of change, the registration authority shall order it to make corrections, and impose a fine of 1500 yuan; If the circumstances are serious, the business license shall be revoked.

Individual industrial and commercial households have not gone through tax registration, and the tax authorities shall order them to make corrections within a time limit; If no correction is made within the time limit, the business license shall be revoked by the registration authority upon the request of the tax authorities.
