Business license application process

A person who acts as the legal representative of a company or enterprise whose business license has been revoked due to violation of laws and is personally responsible for the illegal acts of the enterprise shall not serve as a director, supervisor or manager of the company if it has not been more than three years since the date of revocation of the business license of the company or enterprise.
