The process of handling the business license of self-employed households is as follows:

1. The documents and certificates to be submitted for the pre-registration of the names of individual industrial and commercial households are as follows:

(1) the applicant's identity certificate or relevant certificates entrusted by the applicant;

(2) An application for pre-registration of the names of individual industrial and commercial households;

2. When applying for industrial and commercial registration, individual industrial and commercial households shall submit the following documents and certificates:

(1) Application Form for Registration of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households signed by the applicant (fill in the Application Registration Form for Individual Industrial and Commercial Households);

(2) the certificate of employees. Personnel from other provinces and cities shall submit their ID card, local residence permit, family planning certificate of women of childbearing age and a photo;

(3) the certificate of business premises;

(4) proof of family members' relationship in the family business;

(5) Notice of name pre-approval;

(6) Relevant special certificates required by laws, regulations and policies.

After the materials are fully prepared, they will be submitted to Pinglu County Administration for Industry and Commerce, and after passing the examination, they can obtain the business license of individual industrial and commercial households.
