The registration fee for residential real estate is 80 yuan per piece, and the registration fee for non-residential real estate is 550 yuan per piece. If the certificate of real estate ownership is issued in accordance with the regulations, no certificate fee will be charged.
The "Notice" implements fee reduction and exemption for 16 kinds of real estate registration. Among them, the registration fee will be halved in four cases, such as the name, name and identity certificate type change of the real estate right holder. Small and micro enterprises (including individual industrial and commercial households) are exempt from registration fees in eight cases, including real estate registration. The certificate fee is charged only in four cases, such as the change of registration application of the real estate right holder between husband and wife, and each copy is 10 yuan.
