Over the past year, I learned from my work that the affairs of community grid workers are meticulous. Although things are cumbersome, they are all directly facing the grassroots. I benefited a lot from this experience and felt a lot. Here, I will summarize my work in the past year as follows:
First, residents' information collection. This work is the first basic work I came into contact with in community work. I can master the basic situation of permanent population and floating population in my jurisdiction through door-to-door registration, door-to-door verification and daily inspection.
There are 10 residential buildings, 273 households, 9 bungalows, 263 facades, a school, a bank and a market. At present, 224 households have entered the comprehensive information platform, and all the facade information has been entered. Through one year's door-to-door visit, I have a basic understanding of the situation in my jurisdiction and can basically carry out targeted work.
Second, create cities. In the year of 20xx, the county is carrying out the activities of building a national civilized city in full swing, and the community has played an important role in the creation of grass-roots units. Because there are many old residential areas and three no residential areas in our residential area, we have organized and participated in cleaning up residential areas and corridors, blocking sewer pipes, installing street lamps and electronic cameras, coordinating vehicle parking in residential corridors, cleaning up psoriasis and small advertisements on corridors and advertising boards for many times in 20xx. After the transformation, the area has taken on a new look, and the living environment of residents has been greatly improved and improved.
Third, family planning work. Check and file the floating population in the facade room within the jurisdiction, organize women of childbearing age to participate in gynecological examination every quarter, and publicize the family planning policy to them. Organize the information of pregnant women and newborns, and organize women in the area to carry out routine work such as pre-pregnancy health examination and cancer screening.
Fourth, party building work. As a party worker in the branch of No.2 Factory, I verified and improved the personal information of 28 party member in the branch, learned about the situation of each party member, organized regular activities in party member, and completed the materials needed for the standardized construction of party organizations in the branch in 20xx and the work of standardized management information platform.
Looking back on the past 20xx years, there are still many shortcomings in my work. In the future work, we should give full play to the "artisan spirit", let more residents realize the concern of the government from the grid workers, and take serving the masses and doing things for them as the purpose of our work.
