Article 16 To apply for registration as a market entity, the following materials shall be submitted:

(1) an application;

(two) the applicant's qualification documents and the identity certificate of a natural person;

(3) Relevant documents of the domicile or main business premises;

(4) Articles of association of a company, an unincorporated enterprise as a legal person, a farmers' professional cooperative (union) or a partnership agreement;

(five) other materials submitted by laws, administrative regulations and the provisions of the the State Council municipal market supervision and management department.

The market supervision and management department of the State Council shall, according to the types of market subjects, formulate a list of registration materials and sample document formats, and make them public through government websites and service windows of registration authorities.

The registration authority may not require the applicant to provide the relevant information on the registration of market entities obtained through the government information sharing platform.
