To apply for voluntary service, the following materials shall be submitted.

Written application or telephone application for volunteer service.

Description of the project to which the service is applied. If the applicant is a person without or with limited capacity for civil conduct, his guardian or legal representative shall apply for it on his behalf.

Recruitment conditions.

1, ideological and political firm, enterprising.

2. At least 18 years old, having completed the whole course of vaccination in novel coronavirus, and in good health.

3, enthusiastic about public welfare undertakings, hard-working, willing to contribute, with a strong sense of social responsibility.

4. Strong organizational discipline, able to obey organizational arrangements and participate in voluntary service activities in an orderly manner.

5. Medical psychological counseling volunteers should have certain professional abilities and skills.
