Responsible for the implementation of tax inspection rules and regulations, and formulate specific implementation measures according to law; Organize and implement the acceptance and investigation of inland tax inspection and illegal case report within the jurisdiction; Organize or cooperate with relevant departments to crack down on tax-related cases such as tax evasion, tax refusal and tax fraud; Guide and coordinate the inspection of local tax system.
2 Chizhou Local Taxation Bureau Collection Management Branch (department-level organizational system)
Responsible for the tax declaration of key tax sources (including foreign-related tax sources, the same below), the centralized collection of taxes and related funds (fees), the collection and treatment of tax arrears; Responsible for tax planning, tax accounting, tax statistics and income analysis; Responsible for tax registration, identity management, approval and declaration methods and invoice management; Responsible for the trial decision and execution of administrative punishment. Responsible for the implementation of tax preservation and enforcement measures. Chizhou Local Taxation Bureau's tax collection and management branch consists of three units: comprehensive unit, tax collection and management unit (tax service hall) and accounting unit.
