After a citizen successfully submits an ordinary passport application, he can obtain evidence in two ways: first, the exit-entry administration department of the public security organ can directly deliver the entry-exit documents to the place you specify by postal courier; Second, you can go directly to the entry-exit acceptance window of the public security organ that submitted the application for entry-exit documents.
The following are the instructions for applying for Hong Kong and Macao Pass and endorsement:
1, submit the application form for entry and exit documents of China citizens, which is completed and affixed with the applicant's recent photo;
2. Submit the applicant's own resident identity card (if the applicant is under the age of 16, the household registration book can be submitted). If the resident identity card is being applied for, replaced (reissued), a temporary resident identity card shall be submitted (residents with household registration outside the province shall also submit a local residence permit);
3. Applicants under the age of 16 should also submit proof of guardianship (such as birth certificate, household registration book that can prove kinship, notarial certificate of guardianship, etc.), and identity certificates such as the guardian's resident ID card or passport;
4. Submit the applicant's recent bareheaded color photos 1 piece or electronic version of photos that meet the requirements for handling certificates (the accepting institution may not provide electronic photos for the applicant to collect and prepare certificates for free);
5. If a registered state employee applies for a pass to and from Hong Kong and Macao (including the first endorsement) or re-endorses, he/she must also submit a certificate issued by his/her work unit or the superior competent unit agreeing to apply for a pass or endorsement to and from Hong Kong and Macao according to the personnel management authority (the state employee who has registered his/her household registration outside the province returns to his/her place of origin to apply for a certificate);
6. If an active serviceman applies for a pass to and from Hong Kong and Macao (including the first endorsement) or re-endorsement, he must also submit a certificate issued by the competent department of the military system with the power of examination and approval agreeing to handle the pass to and from Hong Kong and Macao (including the first endorsement) or re-endorsement;
7. To apply for the endorsement of visiting relatives, you must also submit the original certificate that can prove the kinship, and the Hong Kong or Macao resident ID card and the mainland pass of the relatives you are visiting, or the copy of the employment and schooling certificate in Hong Kong or Macao. Visiting relatives who have settled in Hong Kong or Macao, and applying for visiting the same relatives in Hong Kong or Macao again within one year, are exempt from the proof of kinship;
8. To apply for a business endorsement, you must apply at the place where your work unit is located, and you must also submit the registration certificate and dispatch letter to the personnel of the unit who have registered for the record; The unit personnel who have not registered for the record must also submit the copy of the annual business license or the original of the relevant registration certificate, tax registration certificate and social insurance certificate; Individual industrial and commercial operators must also submit a copy of the annual industrial and commercial business license and the original tax registration certificate;
9. To apply for other kinds of endorsements, you must also submit the original proof materials of special reasons such as medical treatment, mourning, litigation, examination, handling industry and academic exchanges;
10. Those who apply for a stay endorsement:
(1) Those who go to Hong Kong for study, employment and training and their relatives must also submit the original entry permit issued by the Hong Kong Immigration Department;
(2) To study in Macao, you must also submit the original Certificate of Confirmation of Admission and the Admission Notice of Macao Colleges and Universities issued by the Macao Higher Education Auxiliary Office;
(3) To go to Macao for employment, you must also submit the Forecast List of Employed Non-local Workers issued by the Exit-Entry Affairs Department of the Macao Public Security Police or the original approval document with the applicant's name issued by the Macao Social and Cultural Department or the Economic and Financial Department;
