1. If you declare online, you can choose "Automatic Payment" or "Manual Payment" after the declaration, and there is a page when you declare. If you pay automatically, you will automatically deduct the money as soon as you declare it.

2. If it is a national tax window declaration, the window staff will manually draw the tax (if the window staff only declare for you and forget to draw the money, then the banking system will not deduct the money), and the banking system will generally give feedback in 3-5 minutes. If the account balance is enough, pay it in the past.
