The business of an enterprise in the same settlement month shall be handled according to the following two digits:

Figure A (declaration process) and Figure B (settlement process).

Declaration process (Figure A):?

1. Enterprises handle social security business online.

2. After business entry, you can confirm the handling business data through the information submission function. ?

3. The data submitted by the enterprise is uploaded to the social security sub-center. ?

4. Sub-centers handle online business submitted by enterprises. ?

5. Sub-centers can check the status (passed or failed) of each business they handle online. ?

6. For the failed business, you can delete the business and reapply for it.

Submission process (Figure B):

The current function of online newspaper system is a part of social security collection, and it has not been realized online.

Services, enterprises also need to go to the front desk of the sub-center. Before handling the payment settlement, the enterprise shall meet the following requirements

Two conditions:

1. Online business completed.

2. The social security front desk business has been completed. After that, the social security center can be notified that the settlement can be declared by submitting the settlement function, and the company payment notice can be generated.
