Qualifications and conditions for application:

1, Husband and wife take refuge in the household: Both husband and wife live in two places (different provinces, cities and counties) or one of them is an agricultural population, and the other is non-agricultural registered permanent residence, so they can apply for husband and wife to take refuge in the household.

4. Buying (self-built) commercial houses: buyers (builders) who legally buy commercial houses or legally build their own houses in towns and their immediate family members. Personnel from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and overseas Chinese who use remittances to buy commercial housing in our city may be allowed to apply for non-lineal relatives in China.

(1) Individual industrial and commercial households and private business owners who have legally fixed residences and fixed business premises are allowed to settle in the town, as well as their spouses, parents and children born in line with the family planning policy. Individual industrial and commercial households and private business owners who have legally fixed residences and fixed business premises in Huicheng District and have been operating continuously for more than 3 years are allowed to settle down in Huicheng District, together with their spouses, parents and children who meet the family planning policy.

6. Investment and establishment of industrial and commercial enterprises (2): Managers of private enterprises who have a fixed residence and have paid personal income tax of more than 1000 yuan per year for three consecutive years, or have paid more than 3,000 yuan in total within three years, can settle in the place where the enterprise is located.

Materials required:

1, the couple need to review the certification materials when they take refuge in the home:

(2) Resident Identity Card and Household Register of both husband and wife;

(3) Marriage Certificate;

(4) the family planning certificate issued by the family planning department;

(5) other relevant certificates that need to be taken care of due to special difficulties (such as illness, disability, extreme poverty, etc.).

2. Parents who take refuge in their children need to review the certification materials.

(1) written report of the applicant;

(2) the "Resident Identity Card" and "Household Registration Book" of the applicant and his children;

(3) the children's situation and the relationship certificate issued by the police station where the applicant's household registration is located.

3. Children who take refuge in their parents need to review the certification materials.

(1) written report of the applicant;

(2) Children's and parents' Household Register;

(3) Parent's Resident Identity Card and Marriage Certificate;

(4) the child's "Birth Medical Certificate" or the authoritative certificate issued by the family planning department;

(5) A certificate of attendance issued by the school where the student belongs.

4, the purchase of (self-built) commercial housing to review the materials.

(1) written report of the applicant.

(2) the applicant's real estate certificate or bank mortgage certificate, tax purchase invoice and purchase contract (original inspection).

(3) Consultation registration form of Huizhou Real Estate Trading Center (handled with real estate license or house purchase mortgage or house purchase contract).

(4) the land use certificate of the owner of the self-built house or the relevant certificate of the land office (original inspection).

(5) The applicant's Resident Identity Card, Household Registration Book, Marriage Certificate, Birth Medical Certificate for children under 16 years old, and family planning certificate issued by the family planning department.

(6) the applicant's local police station certificate (if you bring relatives into the house, you must prove the relationship).

5. Investment and establishment of industrial and commercial enterprises (1) Materials to be audited

(1) written report of the applicant;

(2) the applicant's business license, tax registration certificate and tax payment certificate;

(3) The applicant's Resident Identity Card, Household Register, Marriage Certificate, Birth Medical Certificate for children under 16 years old, and family planning certificate issued by the family planning department;

(4) Proof that the applicant moved out of the police station (if bringing relatives into the house, the relationship must be proved).

(2) the applicant's personal tax payment certificate and labor contract;

(3) Applicant's Identity Card and Household Register.

Work flow:

1, the local police station accepts the application, and within 20 working days, the police in the responsible area will investigate and verify the supporting materials provided by the applicant and put forward opinions, which will be signed by the leaders in charge and reported to the county (city) public security bureau or the household administration department of the urban public security bureau.

2. After receiving the submitted materials, the county (city) public security bureau or the household administration department of the city public security bureau shall, within 15 working days, make a decision on approval or disapproval of the application within the examination and approval authority, and make a decision on approval, and at the same time issue a "quasi-relocation permit". For applications outside the examination and approval authority, with audit opinions, they shall be reported to the household administration department of the prefecture-level public security bureau.

3. After receiving the submitted materials, the household administration department of the prefecture-level city public security bureau shall make a decision on approval or disapproval within 15 working days. If the decision on approval is made, a "quasi-relocation permit" shall be issued at the same time.

4. After receiving the approval decision from the household administration department of the public security organ at a higher level, the local police station shall notify the applicant within 2 working days.

5. The local police station will issue the "Migration Certificate" on the spot with the "Permit to Move" and cancel the account.

6, the local police station with "permit" and "transfer card" for household procedures on the spot.
