Mainland residents applying for business endorsement to Hong Kong and Macao shall fill in the Application Form for Entry and Exit Certificates of China Citizens as required, answer relevant inquiries and submit the following materials:
1, valid travel permit to and from Hong Kong and Macao (except those who apply for travel permit to and from Hong Kong and Macao at the same time);
2. Proof materials corresponding to the application;
3, permanent residence in areas where "passport application on demand" is not implemented, or mainland residents who are registered and filed, military personnel, must also submit the opinions of the work unit or the police station according to relevant regulations.
The applicant holds a valid travel permit to Hong Kong and Macao to apply for a business endorsement, which will be issued within 7 working days.
Application condition
1, sent by the unit to Hong Kong for business. "Units" refer to enterprises and their branches registered by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce with independent legal person status, or units registered by the State Taxation Department with production and operation, and resident representative offices of overseas enterprises in the Mainland. To apply for multiple business endorsements for 3 months or 1 year, the unit where you work must register with the exit-entry administration department of the local public security organ in advance.
2. Individual industrial and commercial operators go to Hong Kong for business.
3. Personnel driving special vehicles to and from the Mainland and Hong Kong.
Accepting department
Mainland residents applying for business endorsement to Hong Kong and Macao shall be accepted by the exit-entry administration department of the public security organ where their work unit is located.
Applicants who want to travel to Hong Kong and Macao must hold a valid travel permit to and from Hong Kong and Macao and a valid endorsement.
Mainland residents applying for entry and exit permits to and from Hong Kong and Macao shall fill in the Application Form for Entry and Exit Certificates of China Citizens as required, answer relevant inquiries and submit the following materials:
1, submit the photo of the applicant that meets the "Guidelines for Photographing Entry and Exit Documents";
2. Submit the original identity certificate of the applicant (if the applicant is under 16 years old, you can submit the residence booklet; Soldiers should submit military identification documents) and submit a copy;
3, permanent residence in areas where "passport application on demand" is not implemented, or mainland residents who are registered and filed, military personnel, must also submit the opinions of the work unit or the police station according to relevant regulations.
