The registration conditions of Guizhou civil service examination announcement are: graduates with household registration or above in this province, college degree or above, and no directional employment. Among the three types of rural revitalization counties in Guizhou Province, the township (town, street) post qualifications of 66 poverty-stricken counties (Annex 3) can be relaxed to graduate from high school or technical secondary school. Graduates from other provinces living in ordinary colleges and universities, including graduates from ordinary colleges and universities, do not include students designated to the province.

The following people in Guizhou are not allowed to apply for the exam: those who have committed a crime and received criminal punishment, expelled from China's Party membership, dismissed from public office, failed to adhere to the Party's basic line, failed to keep consistent with the CPC Central Committee, served as on-the-job civil servants, held special posts for school teachers in rural compulsory education, attended ordinary high schools, served in active service, engaged in fraud in recruitment, violated discipline, were listed as untrustworthy objects, embezzled and accepted bribes, leaked state secrets, and were subject to disciplinary sanctions.
