Retirement policy for civil servants with 30 years of service: Those who have worked for 30 years can apply for early retirement. Retirement can be applied for in the following situations:

1. Male cadres and workers are over 60 years old, female cadres are over 55 years old, and female workers are over 50 years old, with continuous service or 10 years of working experience or more;

2. Employees engaged in underground, high-altitude, high-temperature, heavy manual labor and other types of work harmful to health, men must be over 55 years old, women must be over 45 years old, and have consecutive working years or 10 years of service or more;

3. Men who are over 50 years old and women who are over 45 years old, who have continuous service or have worked for 10 years or more, have been certified by the hospital and confirmed by the Labor Appraisal Committee, and have completely lost their jobs. capable employees;

4. Those who are disabled due to work and have been certified by the hospital (the worker and confirmed by the labor appraisal committee) to have completely lost the ability to work. According to the "Regulations on Work-related Injury Insurance" (effective from January 1, 2004), if an employee becomes disabled due to work and is identified as a grade one to grade four disability, he or she will retain the labor relationship, quit the job, and enjoy monthly disability allowances. ; After workers injured at work reach the retirement age and go through the retirement procedures, the disability allowance will be stopped and they will enjoy basic pension insurance benefits. If the basic pension insurance benefit is lower than the disability allowance, the work-related injury insurance fund will make up the difference.

Article 92 of the "Civil Servant Law of the People's Republic of China" Civil servants shall retire when they reach the retirement age specified by the state or completely lose their ability to work.

Article 93 If a civil servant meets one of the following conditions, he or she may voluntarily submit an application and obtain early retirement with the approval of the appointment and dismissal authority:
