The company can be published in a newspaper during the liquidation period. It needs to be published in a newspaper recognized by the local industrial and commercial bureau. Domestic-funded enterprises only need to publish it once, and foreign-funded enterprises only need to publish it once. Enterprises need to register three times. It is best to choose daily newspapers for publicity. The cancellation announcement needs to be publicized for at least 45 days.

(2) Cancellation of Social Security

The Social Security Bureau will verify whether the company has defaulted on payment. After passing the application, you will receive the "Social Security Cancellation Notice".

(3) Cancellation of national and local taxes

Within 15 days from the date of termination of the company, the company must apply to the original tax registration authority for tax cancellation, first to cancel the national tax, and then to cancel the local tax.

The tax bureau will verify whether the company has paid taxes. After passing the application, you will receive the "Tax Cancellation Notice".

(4) Go to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau for company cancellation filing

45 days after the announcement in the newspaper, you can go to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau where the company is registered to handle company cancellation filing and cancel the company's business license. After passing the application, you will receive the "Notice of Cancellation of Registration" issued by the Industrial and Commercial Bureau.

Note: It is best not to fill in many areas where the date needs to be filled in in the report, and wait until the "last minute" when the formal processing is completed to fill it in, so as to avoid having to refill everything due to incorrect dates. In addition, unincorporated enterprises such as partnerships need to submit their seals to the industrial and commercial department when canceling their business licenses.

(5) Cancel bank account

Go to the company’s account opening bank to cancel the company’s account opening license and basic bank account and other accounts.

(6) Cancel the seal
