How was Gao introduced?
Gao, a native of Xinghua, Jiangsu Province, was born in February 1970. He was born in 1989, party member, a doctor of business administration, and a professor at Yangzhou Taxation College in State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China, People's Republic of China (PRC). He is also the director of the Institute of Taxation, School of Overseas Education, Shanghai Jiaotong University, and a researcher in China, International Tax Union. He is familiar with the tax law and is known as "the walking dictionary of China tax law" in the industry.

Engaged in tax practice 16 years. In April, 2004, he was selected to teach in the National Taxation Institute. He is good at tax law and is praised by the industry as "a walking dictionary of tax law in China". In recent years, he has published more than 600 papers and various professional articles in national and provincial financial newspapers and periodicals.
