Shaoxing Sanfu closed down because Sanfu Company filed for bankruptcy reorganization. From April to May of 20 15, Shanghai X-Fu Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., Shanghai X-Fu Silicon Crystal Co., Ltd. and Shanghai X-Fu Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Sanfu Company) applied to the Shanghai Pudong New Area People's Court (hereinafter referred to as Pudong Court) for bankruptcy liquidation, respectively, because they were unable to pay off their due debts and obviously did not have solvency. On April 27, 20 15, and on May 20 15 14, the Pudong court ruled that Sanfu Company's bankruptcy application was accepted, and Shanghai Xinmin Law Firm was appointed as the bankruptcy administrator of Shanghai X-Fu Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. through the lottery of Shanghai High Court.
