According to Article 41 of People's Republic of China (PRC) State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China Order (No.7) of the Measures for the Administration of Tax Registration: "If a taxpayer has been classified as an abnormal household for more than three months, the tax authorities may declare its tax registration certificate invalid, and the tax payable shall still be recovered in accordance with the provisions of the Tax Administration Law and its implementing rules."
