Article 10 The monetary compensation for the demolished non-residential houses shall be determined according to the market price of similar houses.

Article 12 Where the house property right exchange is implemented, the house exchange shall be carried out according to the nature of the property right registration of the house to be demolished, and the compensation amount shall be calculated according to the provisions of Articles 8, 9, 10, 13, 14 and 15 of these Provisions, and the difference of the property right exchange shall be settled at the market evaluation price of the house to be exchanged.
The location, development and structural type of the property right exchange house can be determined by the demolition and the demolition through consultation.
Thirteenth the amount of compensation for the interior decoration and accessories of the house to be demolished shall be determined by the evaluation agency. (See Annex III)
Fourteenth courtyard land to give appropriate compensation. The amount of land compensation per unit area of the courtyard of residential houses shall be compensated by one-half of the assessed unit price of a newly-built residential house that has been demolished; The amount of compensation per unit area of courtyard land for non-residential houses shall be compensated by half of the unit price of non-residential houses; Non-residential houses and residential houses with courtyards shall be compensated according to one-half of the weighted average evaluation unit price of houses.
Courtyard land and appurtenances are not subject to property rights exchange.
The term "courtyard land" as mentioned in these Provisions refers to the remaining land area after deducting the housing area from the area specified in the land use right certificate issued by the land management department to the demolished person according to law.
Fifteenth of the organs, enterprises and institutions housing demolition compensation, housing compensation amount is determined according to the real estate market price. Courtyard land should be given appropriate compensation. If the courtyard area is less than or equal to the housing area, compensation shall be given according to half of the average unit price of housing evaluation; The compensation amount of courtyard area is greater than the housing area. According to the relevant provisions of the municipal government, according to the nature of land use, the land evaluation agency shall determine the land market price.
Article 16 The expenses for dismantling, handling, installing and damaging the enterprise's materials and equipment shall be settled through consultation between the demolisher and the demolished person or lessee. If negotiation fails, an asset appraisal institution may be entrusted for appraisal and determination.
Chapter III Compensation and Resettlement for House Demolition in Villages
Seventeenth the term "village in the city" as mentioned in these Provisions refers to the villages where villagers (residents) gather in the form of villagers' committees or communities in the main city of our city.
Article 18 The compensation scheme for village-in-city demolition shall be formulated by the implementation unit of village-in-city renovation under the guidance of the people's government in the area under its jurisdiction, discussed and adopted by the villagers' (residents') assembly or congress, and implemented after being approved by the municipal demolition management department.
Nineteenth houses of the villagers (residents) in the villages that have been demolished, if there is a house ownership certificate, shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of Chapter II of these Provisions.
Compensation and resettlement with only land use right certificate and no house ownership certificate shall be implemented in accordance with the following provisions:
1. Make compensation and resettlement according to 1.6 times of the homestead area specified in the homestead use certificate.
2. In case of property right exchange, the area of the exchanged house shall be calculated according to the resettlement proportion specified in the preceding paragraph, and the compensation amount shall be calculated according to the provisions of Article 9 and Items 3 and 4 of this paragraph, and the difference shall be settled by the market evaluation price of the exchanged house; If monetary compensation is selected, the amount of monetary compensation shall be calculated in accordance with the compensation ratio specified in the preceding paragraph and the provisions of Items (3) and (4) of Article 9 of this paragraph.
3. If the construction area of the house to be demolished on the homestead is less than the proportion of compensation and resettlement, the insufficient part shall be calculated by subtracting the compensation amount from the compensation unit price of the first-class new residential house in the place; If the construction area of the house to be demolished is greater than the proportion of compensation and resettlement, the construction area greater than part shall not be compensated and resettled.

Chapter IV Subsidies
Twentieth subsidies for suspension of production and business. Choose property rights exchange and resettlement, and pay two relocation subsidies; If monetary resettlement is selected, relocation allowance will be paid.
Twenty-second residential temporary resettlement subsidies. According to the construction area of the demolished residential house, the monthly subsidy per square meter is 10 yuan.
Twenty-third the implementation of property rights exchange, in the transition period, according to the demolition of housing construction area to pay monthly subsidies or temporary resettlement subsidies.
The transition period of newly-built relocated houses is: 6-storey and below buildings shall not exceed 18 months, 7-storey to 1 1 buildings shall not exceed 24 months, and 12-storey and above buildings shall not exceed 36 months.
If the transition period is extended due to the responsibility of the demolition, the subsidies for production suspension and temporary resettlement shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of Article 29 of the Measures for the Implementation of Urban Housing Demolition Management in Hebei Province.
Twenty-fourth monetary compensation, a one-time payment of three months of temporary resettlement subsidies for residential housing; Non-residential houses are given a one-time subsidy for suspension of production and business for three months.
Twenty-fifth air conditioning telecommunications facilities disassembly subsidies. Every vertical air conditioner in 200 yuan, every wall-mounted air conditioner 150 yuan, every phone call to 88 yuan, and every cable TV call to 80 yuan. Chapter V Supplementary Provisions
Twenty-sixth in the house demolition, the house owner or lessee shall truthfully provide the appraisal institution with the necessary information in the demolition appraisal, and assist the appraisal institution to conduct on-the-spot investigation. If the appraisers refuse to conduct on-the-spot investigation without providing relevant information, so that the house appraisal can't be carried out normally, the appraisal institution can make an appraisal with reference to the same location and building type of the demolished house. If the parties have any objection to the evaluation results, they may apply for appraisal in accordance with the relevant procedures stipulated in the Measures for the Implementation of the Management of Urban Housing Demolition in Handan City.
Article 27 The main urban area of Handan refers to the area east to Beijing and expressway, south to Matou Town, west to the west of the main canal of South-to-North Water Transfer Project 1000 meters, and north to Huangliangmeng Town.

Article 34 These Provisions shall be valid from June 1 day to May 3 1 day, 2008.
