Coal tar must have hazardous chemicals production (or operation) license, business license, tax registration certificate and organization code certificate.
Coal tar transport vehicles must be standard tank trucks, and vehicle qualifications (vehicle transport certificate, vehicle driving license, tank inspection report), escort certificate and driver's license (driver's license, qualification certificate) must be complete and effective.
