Wujiang District, Zhenjiang District, qujiang district, Furong New District, Shixing County, Renhua County, wengyuan county, Ruyuan Yao Autonomous County, Xinfeng County, Lechang City and Nanxiong City. Shaoguan, known as Shaozhou in ancient times, was named after shaoshi mountain, a famous mountain in Danxia, and changed Donghengzhou to Shaozhou in the name of Shaoshi, which was followed by dynasties. When Yuan Ding established Qujiang County in six years, Shaoguan was taken as the county government. Shaozhou got its name from Shaoguan in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.
