Application criteria for exhibitor qualification

1. Obtained the business license of legal person and the registration certificate of foreign trade operator according to law, and handled the import and export enterprise code.

2. The export amount of enterprises under the statistical caliber of Canton Fair must meet the following minimum standards (Note: the export amount under the statistical caliber of Canton Fair refers to the export amount of general trade and feed processing trade calculated by China Customs after deducting non-sample products such as rice, soybeans, crude oil, refined oil, coal, coke, metallic and non-metallic mineral products and tobacco):

3. Have the membership of relevant business associations corresponding to the applied exhibition area (see Annex 1), and be responsible for the management of the exhibition area.

4. Enterprises under any of the following circumstances are prohibited from participating in the exhibition:

(1) Enterprises that violate laws and regulations announced to the public by the Ministry of Commerce are prohibited from participating in the exhibition during the announcement period.

(2) Enterprises that violate laws and regulations notified by the state departments of industry and commerce, customs, taxation, quality inspection, foreign exchange, environmental protection and drug administration are prohibited from participating in the exhibition during the penalty period.

(3) An enterprise that has been identified as infringing by a judicial organ, an arbitration organ or an intellectual property administrative organ.

(4) illegally transferring or subletting (selling) the booths and enterprises of the Canton Fair within the penalty period.

Exhibits under any of the following circumstances are prohibited from being exhibited:

(1) Exhibits outside the scope of the China Import and Export Fair (export exhibition).

6. Exhibitors shall undertake to accept and abide by the relevant regulations and management regulations of the export exhibition of the Canton Fair, including the Letter of Responsibility for the Use of Booths of the Export Exhibition of the Canton Fair, the Instructions for Exhibitors of the Export Exhibition of the China Import and Export Fair, and the Service Guide for Exhibitors of the Export Exhibition of the China Import and Export Fair.
