April 2022 19. Inquired in official website, State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China, People's Republic of China (PRC), Golden Tax Phase V was launched on April 19, 2022. Golden Tax Phase V is the fifth phase of the Golden Tax Project launched by State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China, and it is an upgraded version of the Golden Tax Project. The golden tax project is a computer information project launched by the state to realize "tax by number", aiming at establishing a special VAT invoice and enterprise VAT monitoring system covering the national tax authorities.
