It is a great honor to speak here on behalf of the apprentice representative of Yuan Jun Company's "mentoring" activities. As new employees entering the chemical industry for the first time, we need to make progress and grow. To this end, I am very grateful to the company leaders for building a platform for "mentoring" activities for us, which has given us a clear training plan and development direction. In the early days of entering the chemical industry, there were masters to guide us and give us advice, which made us less confused and more confident than the students who left campus to enter the chemical enterprise. Only with Master's inculcation can we move towards our goal step by step.
I always feel lucky. Every day since I entered Yuan Jun, I have sincere gratitude. Every time the master teaches me, I keep harvesting, absorbing and growing. During my apprenticeship, the master often taught us to be diligent, ask more questions, sum up in time, study various technological processes carefully, enhance the ability of accident handling, improve our own level as soon as possible, and be a qualified Yuan Jun employee.
During these two months of work and study, the master taught me the use of various tools and the operation and maintenance of various equipment, starting with wrenches and pipe wrenches. When he gave me a test and evaluation, he could feed back a lot of problems that I didn't realize, and help me to check the leaks and fill the gaps in time. For example, regarding the cut-in process of the compressor, at first, I felt that the inspection process was dispensable from the perspective of beginners, and the master would point it out to me seriously when listening to my report on the start-up process, and give me my questions back in time, thus playing a positive or negative role and making me pay attention to adjustment consciously in the future. With the help of the master in the master control room, I also gained a lot. The most important thing to work in the main control room is to be clear-headed, pay attention to details and take your time. Starting from cutting the pump and reactor, the master gradually guided me to think about the operation processes such as reflux, start-stop and so on, and made regular assessment, giving pertinent opinions on my shortcomings and advantages. During these two months of study, as a novice apprentice, I can't say enough about my learning experience.
As new employees in Yuan Jun, we feel deeply responsible and stressed, and we thank the company for the learning opportunities provided by the "mentoring" activities. We know that we have many shortcomings and many areas that need to be improved. "Learning to be excellent is to be an official". We will certainly learn more from the master's construction methods, work attitude and rich experience, and thrive under the master's "passing, helping and leading". Hello everyone! It is a great honor to be here today to speak on behalf of my disciples. Here, I would like to especially thank the company leaders for building such a communication platform for us. It's another harvest season. I clearly remember the bits and pieces of three years of extensive struggle. There are setbacks, tests, disappointments and joys, but the most is the harvest under the careful guidance of the leaders. Everything in the past has become the wealth of our life experience, and the future is still full of challenges and tempering. Standing here today, we should strive for youth with an endless attitude of learning, and here I want to show our enthusiasm for learning:

Hello everyone! First of all, I am very grateful to the company leaders for their trust and strong support for my work. Today, I feel very honored to speak here as a representative of the master.
I think the company's "mentoring" activity fully reflects the great attention paid by the company leaders to the work of employees, and it is a far-sighted move made by the company leaders to comprehensively improve the service quality of employees. Good afternoon everyone! Thanks to the trust of the school leaders, I am honored to attend the mentoring ceremony today, and I am even more honored to speak as a representative of the master. To tell the truth, I have been teaching for more than ten years, and this is my first time as a master. I feel a little flattered, because there are many excellent teachers in the experimental primary school, and being lucky enough to be a master will be my motivation for continuous progress.
I want to say to every Protestant teacher sitting here: I envy you! At the beginning of your educational career, someone is paying attention to you, caring for you and helping you. You are very lucky.
I used to be a new teacher who knew nothing and didn't know what to do. Now I'm a so-called master. In fact, your new teacher also has a lot to learn from our old teacher. Your enthusiasm for learning new things, your mastery of new educational and teaching concepts and the application of modern educational technology are much stronger than ours. Therefore, in my opinion, the meaning of "helping and bringing" is not only that old teachers bring new teachers, but also mutual.
