1. Through the SDH optical cable network, the digital transmission of a set of TV programs from the Central Committee, Ningxia Public Channel, Economic Channel, Film and Television Channel and Education Channel to all cities and counties (districts) in the whole region has been realized.

2. In Yinchuan, Wuzhong, Qingtongxia, lingwu city, Helan County and other places, the overall translation of digital TV was carried out. Transmission of 70 sets of digital TV programs, providing electronic program guide (EPG), quasi-video-on-demand (NVOD), data broadcasting and other special services, transmission of digital TV programs to Guyuan, Shizuishan and other places, realizing the unification of digital TV front-end.

3. Data transmission, Internet access and IP telephone services based on data platform and two-way cable TV network were first opened in Yinchuan in June 2003, and have provided data transmission services for government, finance, electric power, education, taxation, medical insurance, housing provident fund and other enterprises and institutions.

4. We cooperated with China Netcom Ningxia Branch to develop the "Wirelink" business. At present, we have developed 4500 "Wirelink" users.

The overall goal of the company: to eventually build the radio and television transmission network in the whole region into a multifunctional comprehensive information network integrating video, audio and data, and to provide a powerful and reliable basic network platform for Ningxia's information construction.
