Cixi Cultural Business District Development Co., Ltd. is a state-owned enterprise under the development and construction headquarters of Cixi Cultural Business District. I. Recruitment indicators

(1) Recruitment scope and target
Household registration personnel in this city (based on the household registration location on February 3, 20081day). Some of these positions are for national recruitment.
(2) Application conditions
1, good ideological and political quality, dedication, strong sense of responsibility, and relevant work ability and quality;
2. Have a college degree or above recognized by the state, and some positions require a bachelor's degree or above (graduation certificate will be obtained before/month/month 1 2, 2009).
3. Age is 30 to 40 years old (born on 1979 1 20th of the month to 1969 1 20th of the month);

Third, the recruitment procedures and methods
Take the form of open registration, unified examination, strict assessment and merit-based employment.
(1) Registration
Registration time: 1 month 12-14 (8: 30 am-10: 30 pm13: 30 pm). Applicants should register at the Development and Construction Headquarters of the Municipal Cultural and Commercial District/Room KLOC-0/602 and Room KLOC-0/603 (Cixi Radio and Television Center16th Floor). Must be accompanied by: the original and photocopy of household registration book, ID card, graduation certificate, professional and technical post qualification certificate and work experience certificate.
(2) Get an admission ticket
Candidates will pick it up at the registration address on 1 month 16 (8: 30 am-10: 30 pm13: 30 pm).
(3) written examination
Time: 1 month18th. Mainly test professional knowledge, with a full score of 100. Applicants must take the admission ticket and ID card at the same time and take the test at the time and place specified in the admission ticket.
(4) Interview
According to the written test scores from high to low, the interviewee is determined by three times the number of recruitment positions (less than three times the actual number). The interview mainly tests comprehensive analysis ability, adaptability, oral expression ability, accuracy of answering questions, manners and instruments, etc. The interview score is 100, and those with less than 60 points will be eliminated.
The total score of the exam is 50% of the written test score and 50% of the interview score.
(5) Physical examination
In the interview of qualified personnel, according to the total score of high to low order equal. The medical examination method refers to the relevant provisions of the medical examination standards for civil servants. Vacant places due to abandonment of medical examination or unqualified medical examination can be filled in the order of high score to low score among qualified candidates in the same post interview.
(6) Assessment
In the medical examination qualified personnel, the standard refers to the relevant provisions of the civil service admission. Because of giving up the examination or failing to pass the examination, it can be replenished according to the prescribed procedures among those who apply for the same position.
(7) Publicity and employment
Those who pass the examination are those to be hired (if the total scores are tied, it will be decided by the leading group of talent recruitment of the headquarters through consultation), and the list will be publicized on Cixi Talent Online for 3 days. If the problem is not reflected or it is verified that it does not affect the employment, the relevant procedures shall be handled according to the regulations.
