In the examination of institutions in Ningxia, some positions are not limited to household registration, but also restricted to positions in Ningxia or a city or county. The following candidates are not restricted by permanent residence in Ningxia:

(1) University student volunteers, three-support and one-support staff and university student village officials (hereinafter referred to as "three-project personnel") serving in Ningxia;

(2) Recent college graduates in Ningxia;

(3) Ningxia graduates from ordinary universities outside the region;

(4) Persons whose parents or spouses have obtained household registration in Ningxia before the date of announcement (including that day);

(5) Persons with postgraduate education and master's degree or above;
