Xiaobian specially arranged it for you today.
In 20 17, the latest salary systems of the four major accounting firms are for your reference.
I have counted a version myself, and the content is the same.
The latest salary information is all here. Those items and salary news that are obviously out of date for more than three years should not be released to mislead everyone.
Update: In the latest 20 17 years, the salaries of all undergraduate students rose to 8250 yuan.
Those four recruitment characteristics are also nonsense, and I don't know where to draw the conclusion.
80% of the employees of the Big Four are graduates majoring in accounting and finance, and the remaining 20% are involved in various majors. At present, there are more opportunities for graduate students in finance and economics colleges and overseas study, and that's it.
As a person who has worked in the Big Four for six and a half years, let me introduce the salary system of the Big Four accounting firms.
Before talking about the salary system, let's take a look at the four major rank divisions and promotion systems:
Junior auditor (Associate,Accountant/ working years 1-2 years):
Junior auditor is the first rank of fresh graduates after entering the Big Four. Usually, they need to be employed for two years and pass the examination (scoring and passing the number of CPA subjects required by the company) before they can be promoted to Senior Associate. Junior auditors are divided into two sub-ranks: Associate Year 1 and Associate Year 2. A Year 1 is mainly responsible for the basic support work in the project team, such as preparing all kinds of inquiry letters, carrying out sampling tests, filing and sorting out documents, etc., while A Year 2 is the backbone of the project team responsible for most of the audit work of financial statements, which can be based on all the audit work of financial statements except complex subjects such as income, cost, income tax and rights and interests, and the work content has also expanded from simple execution to the planning and selection of subject audit procedures.
Senior auditor (Senior Associate/ 3-5 years):
Senior auditors are divided into three sub-ranks: sayyear1to sayyear 3. Since SA Year 1, the senior auditor has become the person in charge of the on-site work of the project team. In addition to being responsible for the implementation of the audit procedures of the more complicated financial statements, he needs to participate more in the daily management of the project team, the identification and response of audit risks, the planning and selection of the overall audit strategy, and so on, and is the right-hand man of the audit manager. Senior auditors usually need to pass the examination and obtain CPA certificate when they are promoted to audit manager.
Manager/Senior Manager (Manager/Senior Manager/ 6- 12 years):
Being promoted to manager/senior manager means that you are responsible for all matters of the whole audit project, and the focus of work is no longer the specific work execution but the overall control of audit risks, strategies and plans. The manager/senior manager reports to the partner.
Partner (Partner/ at least 12 years):
The four partners are divided into Salary Partner and Equity Partner. Salary partner can be understood as a senior wage earner, while equity partner can be understood as a shareholder of the firm, who can share more returns of the firm's rights and interests.
Then back to the salary system, the rank system determines that the salary scale and rules of different ranks are different, and at the same time, the KPI score is also affected. Here, the salary base and rules are mainly introduced, and the figures may not be accurate, nor are they refined for different grades:
Junior auditor:
The starting salary of A Year 1 is about 7200 yuan/month at present, and you can get 13 salary in the month of Spring Festival, and there is no bonus for other projects;
The average salary of A Year 2 is 8,500 yuan/month, and you can get 13 salary in the month of Spring Festival, and there is no bonus for other projects;
In the junior auditor level, graduate students with the same KPI score get more 300 yuan salary than undergraduate students every month until they are promoted to senior auditors.
Senior auditor:
The average salary of SA Year 1 is at the level of 10000 yuan/month, and you can get 13 salary in the month of Spring Festival, and there is no bonus for other projects;
The average salary of Sayyear2 is at the level of14,000 yuan/month, and you can get 13 salary in the month of Spring Festival, and there is no bonus for other projects;
The average salary of SA Year3 is at the level of 17000- 18000 yuan/month. You can get 13 salary in the month of Spring Festival, and there are no other project bonuses.
Beginner/senior auditors can receive overtime pay according to the hourly wage corresponding to their respective salary levels. When traveling on business, they get a subsidy of about 200 yuan/day, annual leave of 10 days (junior auditors) or 15 days (senior auditors), paid sick leave of 10 days, and basically no other benefits.
Manager/Senior Manager:
The starting salary of managers in the first year is about 30,000 yuan/month, with no salary of 13, and the salary of 0.5 -2 months is given as a bonus according to KPI every year.
The starting salary of senior managers in the first year is about 50,000 yuan/month, with no salary of 13, and the salary of 0.5 -2 months is given as a bonus according to KPI every year.
There is no overtime pay for managers and above. There are 20 days of annual leave every year, 10 days of paid sick leave, and basically no other benefits.
The remuneration of partners is not discussed.
It should also be emphasized that the Big Four are absolute model individual income tax payers, and they will never help employees avoid taxes reasonably in any way, so when they see the individual tax figures on the payroll every month, their hearts are bleeding.
The Big Four, the full name of the Big Four accounting firms, are: PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Deloitte (DTT), KPMG, Ernst & Young (EY). They are all professional service organizations with worldwide networks, specializing in providing audit, tax and consulting services.

Partners have high academic qualifications and high salaries, but they also bear greater risks. Partners (partners) make more money. Usually, they have the right to pay dividends. The most common partners are millions.
Share the information of the largest institute in China.
There are 9 levels of auditors, including assistant manager 10, and then managers, senior managers, paid partners and partners. Generally, the basic salary of newly-recruited auditors is 3500, the auditor's grade difference is 220, the assistant manager's salary is 5000, the assistant manager 1 salary is 5500, the assistant manager's grade difference is 330 and the manager's grade difference is 440.
In addition, different departments have different year-end awards according to their performance, and bonuses of 0 to 24 months are possible, mainly depending on the department partners.
It feels quite strange. I always feel that my salary is very low, but it makes sense to pay my salary every month.
The wages of domestic-funded institutes are not so transparent, and the income difference between different departments at the same level is quite large.
Therefore, domestic companies can't see the basic salary very well, and they are all very low. There are other things, such as various subsidies, poor compensation, project commission, etc. It is not very transparent to see the boss for holidays and year-end awards.
I have stayed in two domestic-funded institutes before and after, and I can only say that the gap between domestic-funded institutes is still very large. The basic salary is not high, but it is a commission! ! !
But when the commission is really paid, it's up to the partners, some of them are more or less. PS: Anyway, I didn't get much. There are many successful projects according to the principle, but what I got is not as good as those who did less and came in early. So I stayed for a while and left my job.
