Subsidy project-public rental housing subsidy
Priority is given to providing public rental housing for recruited college graduates, and 30% rent subsidy is given, with a maximum lease term of 3 years. Public rental housing subsidies and rental subsidies cannot be enjoyed at the same time.
Subsidy project-housing subsidy
Graduates with bachelor degree or above who purchase ordinary commercial housing for the first time in Xuzhou will be given a one-time subsidy of 5% of the total purchase price, with the maximum not exceeding100000 yuan;

Subsidies-living allowance, rental allowance and transportation allowance
Doctoral students: the living allowance standard is 1200 yuan/month/person, the rental allowance standard is 1000 yuan/month/person, and the subsidy is 3 years; Master graduate students: the standard of living allowance is 900 yuan/month/person, the standard of renting allowance is 600 yuan/month/person, and the subsidy is 3 years; Undergraduate graduates: the living allowance standard is 600 yuan/month/person, the rental allowance standard is 400 yuan/month/person, and the subsidy is 3 years;

According to the regulations, you can enjoy a one-time job-seeking and entrepreneurship subsidy of 1500 yuan/person. If there are overlapping identities, you can only apply for one identity.
Skills training subsidy
Graduates of colleges and universities in graduation year (including senior workers in technical colleges, preparatory technician classes and vocational education graduates in special education colleges) who attend skills training in training institutions that can carry out policy subsidy training and obtain required certificates (vocational qualification certificate, vocational skill grade certificate, special vocational ability certificate, special operation certificate and training qualification certificate) shall be given vocational training subsidies according to regulations.
The subsidy standard for employment skills training varies from-2,200 yuan in 800 yuan according to the vocational qualification category and the certificate level obtained. If the occupations (jobs) participating in the training belong to the catalogue of occupations (jobs) in short supply in our city, the subsidy standard will be increased by 30% on the basis of the corresponding grade subsidy standard.
Social Security Subsidies for Flexible Employment of College Graduates
Unemployed college graduates who have left school for 2 years and paid social insurance premiums after flexible employment will be given social insurance subsidies of no more than 2 years according to their actual payment of social insurance premiums.

Free venue or rental subsidy

Rent subsidies ranging from 2400 to 8000 yuan per year will be given to those who settle in other business incubation bases.
Loan or discount interest
For college students' entrepreneurial enterprises, a guarantee loan of up to 3 million yuan will be given, and a full discount will be given according to the fact that the LPR does not rise more than 200BP in the same period of the contract signing date.
Housing subsidy
Graduates with bachelor's degree or above who start a business in Xu after June 24th, 20 19 and buy ordinary commercial housing for the first time in Xu will be given a one-time subsidy of 5% of the total purchase price, with the maximum not exceeding100000 yuan.
Rental subsidy

Full-time undergraduate graduates, master's students and doctoral students from ordinary colleges and universities are given a living allowance of 600-1200 yuan per person per month to start a business in Xu.
Tax reward and compensation
All kinds of taxes that have been collected by the tax authorities shall be fully returned by the finance at the same level within 5 years from the date of enterprise registration. Each enterprise has a maximum of 500,000 yuan per year.
Performance reward
Enterprises operating in the University Students Pioneer Park above the municipal level will be rewarded with1-80,000 yuan according to their performance.
Entrepreneurship training subsidy
Participate in entrepreneurship training, and pass the examination and give full training fee subsidies; For excellent start-up enterprises, each person will be given a training subsidy of 8,000 yuan, and entrepreneurship promotion training or study abroad will be organized to enhance their entrepreneurial ability.
Project subsidy

Social security subsidy
If all kinds of enterprises founded by college students recruit college students within five years of graduation and pay social insurance for them, the unit will give full social insurance subsidies for the payment.
One-time entrepreneurship subsidies and entrepreneurship-driven employment subsidies
Entrepreneurial entities that have successfully started a business for the first time and have been operating normally for more than half a year will be given a one-time entrepreneurship subsidy of 5,000 yuan; Start-ups will be subsidized by 2000 yuan per person if they absorb employment within 2 years after registering their business licenses.
Base operation subsidy (water and electricity subsidy)
If you start a business with your own house, register your business license for 2 years and operate stably for more than half a year according to law, you will be given a monthly 200 yuan for each household for a maximum of 36 months.
Accounting agency subsidy
College students' enterprises that have settled in the business incubation base above the municipal level shall be given corresponding accounting agency subsidy, and the subsidy period shall not exceed 3 years.
