First, the insured payment period
From September 2022 to February 25, 2023 (every month 1 day to 25), after the payment period expires, the insurance premium for ordinary residents will not be postponed, and only the insurance premium for newborns and those stipulated by the policy will be levied. Newborn babies are insured by landing. In principle, newborns should apply for insurance registration and pay the insurance fee for the current year with the proof of household registration book and other materials within 90 days after birth.
Second, the payment standard
In 2023, the payment standard for ordinary residents will be 350 yuan per person, and the financial subsidies at all levels will be no less than 68 1 yuan. Third, the way to participate in insurance
Urban and rural residents below the administrative area of Kunming who are not covered by the basic medical insurance for urban workers: (1) rural residents registered in this city; (2) students from municipal universities and technical secondary schools (excluding provincial university students), students in primary and secondary schools and children who are not enrolled in school, and other non-employed urban residents; (3) non-Kunming household registration personnel and their children who live in Kunming and hold the "Yunnan Residence Permit"; (4) Other personnel as stipulated by the state.

In the previous year, the insured outside Kunming wanted to pay insurance in Kunming, so they should first stop the insurance relationship in other places (stop the insurance in the original insured place) before they can renew their insurance in the community where they live in Kunming and pay according to the above methods. The above-mentioned personnel can bring their ID cards (household registration books) to the social security centers of villages (communities) and towns (streets) where the household registration or residents live.
Materials required for insurance registration: (1) ID cards or identification materials provided by urban and rural residents registered in this city; (2) Yunnan Residence Permit, ID card or household registration book submitted by adults who are not registered in this city; (3) Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents and foreigners provide Hong Kong and Macao residents' passes to and from the Mainland, and permanent residence permits for mainland travel permit for taiwan residents and foreigners respectively; (4) Minors who are not registered in this city are handled by their families, and they need to submit their ID cards or household registration books, and their father's or mother's "Yunnan Residence Permit".

(2) Offline payment method
Go to Kunming Rural Credit Cooperatives, pay through bank counters, ATMs and POS machines, or choose Huinong POS machines at Agricultural Bank outlets to pay.
