Former Changshan County, 1956 merged into zouping county, 1958 established Haosheng Commune, 1966 merged Haosheng and Dongxi District, 1968 re-established Haosheng Commune, 1984 moved, 1994. 1997, with an area of 33.8 square kilometers and a population of 32,000, governs Haosheng, Hebei, Hexi, Heya, Plain, Xinhua, Black Soil, Mengyi, Menger, Mengsan, Mengsi, Zhangjia, Lujiazhuang, Yinqiao, Camus, Erhuai, Jiangjia, Xiaogaojia, Dai Dong and Zongjia.

Haosheng Street has beautiful scenery, outstanding people and unique natural conditions, complete tree species in the southern mountainous area and fertile land in the central and northern parts. The groundwater resources are rich and the water quality is pure, which meets the national first-and second-class drinking water standards.
