In order to further implement the spirit and requirements of the document of the Ministry of Education and the Provincial Department of Education on the full implementation of the entrance examination system for junior high school graduates, as well as the relevant provisions of the National Standards for Students' Physical Health and the Implementation Plan of Compulsory Education Physical Education and Health Curriculum in Jiangsu Province, the entrance examination plan for junior high school graduates in our city is specially formulated.

First, the examination participants

Fresh and previous junior high school graduates who have entered senior high schools (general high schools, vocational high schools and secondary vocational schools) are required to take the exam, and those who do not participate are not allowed to enter senior high schools. Graduates who cross counties (districts) in Suqian can take the exam at the place where they borrow; Suqian students who borrow readers from other places must go back to Suqian to take the exam.

Second, the test time and test center settings

1. Examination time: from mid-April to early May.

2. Setting of test sites: Based on the principle of "convenient for candidates, favorable for organization and ensuring safety", test sites are set up in schools with 400-meter plastic runways, and other test sites are added with due consideration to geographical distribution. The urban examination room can be centralized or divided into sections, and the rural examination room can take the form of sending the examination to the school to conduct a closed examination. If the test area fails to operate according to this requirement, once verified, the test scores of candidates in this test area will be invalid and will not be included in the total score of the senior high school entrance examination, and the responsibility will be borne by the test area.

3. Specific operation: Each county (district) selects a specific examination date according to the local actual situation (it must be completed before May 10). Schools directly under the municipal government, Suqian Economic Development Zone, Hubin New City and Yanghe New City School will be organized by the Municipal Education Bureau, and will be held in the middle and late April (the specific time will be notified separately).

4. Report of the plan: Please report the test plan of each county (district) on the test center setting, schedule and test organization to the Sports and Health Arts Department of the Municipal Education Bureau before March 20, and it can be promulgated and implemented after approval. At that time, the Municipal Education Bureau will send personnel to inspect.

Third, the implementation of the examination

1. Examination score: The total score of physical education examination for junior high school graduates in Suqian is 30 points, which is included in the total score of senior high school entrance examination.

2. Examination items and scores: divided into compulsory items and optional items. The required test items are endurance running (boys 1000 meters running, girls' 800 meters running), standing long jump and one-minute sit-ups. The optional test items can be selected from one-minute skipping, basketball dribbling, volleyball padding and football dribbling. Among them, boys 1000 meters, girls' 800 meters, standing long jump and one-minute sit-ups all scored 8 points, and the selected items scored 6 points.

3. Scoring standard: See Annex 1.

4. Examination requirements: the standard of sit-ups is that the feet are flat on the ground, the knees are bent at 90 degrees, the hands are placed on both sides of the ears, and the body is supine on the floor mat to form a starting posture. When the abdomen is rolled up, the angle between the body and the mat is greater than 45 degrees. The elbow joint touches the thigh above the knee joint, and it is counted as an action of sit-ups. During the test, a referee or student presses the foot surface to test. Other project examination requirements refer to "20 1 1 year Suqian junior high school graduates entrance examination guide".

5. Test requirements: The scores and grading standards of all test items are uniformly published by the Municipal Education Bureau, and the examinations of all items are uniformly organized by the municipal or county (district) Education Bureau. Counties (districts) are not allowed to change the items, scores and grading standards, nor are they allowed to conduct certain test items by stages, nor are they allowed to arrange the test items to be operated by schools. Once reported and verified, the scores of all candidates in this project will be treated as zero.

6. Report of results: After the examination, each examination area should submit the examination report card to the candidates for on-site signature and confirmation in time. Candidates' scores shall be summarized by the Sports and Health Arts Department of the Education Bureau of each county (district), and reported to the Sports and Health Arts Department of the Municipal Education Bureau within 15 working days after the end of the examination. The scores of Suqian Economic Development Zone, Hubin New District, Yanghe New District and junior high schools directly under the municipal government shall be summarized by the Sports and Health Arts Department of the Municipal Education Bureau.

Fourth, the examination fee standard

Suqian junior high school graduates' entrance examination fees shall be implemented according to the document No.40 of Accommodation Fee [2005], and each student shall be charged the registration examination fee 10 yuan.

Five, the treatment of injury, illness, disability and other special circumstances candidates.

1. Category:

(1) Disabled students who can't normally participate in school physical education class and sports activities and really lose all the sports ability of the test items can apply for all exemption, and the sports test scores are included in the total score of the senior high school entrance examination according to 70% of the full score; Students who really lose some athletic ability and can't take an examination of a certain project may apply for exemption from an examination of a certain project, and their scores will be counted into the total score according to 70% of the full marks of such projects.

(2) Candidates with abnormal physical development (such as dwarfism, gigantism, obesity, etc.), obvious disability or deformity (such as severe spinal curvature, chicken breasts, etc.), but still taking physical education practice classes at ordinary times, can apply for reducing the test 1-2 according to the test items, and the score is calculated according to 70% of the score of the reduced items, namely: test item score+full score of the reduced test item ×

(3) Students who are temporarily unable to take the physical education examination due to temporary injuries and other special factors may apply for a postponement.

2. Procedure:

(1) Students who apply for exemption or reduction of exams must fill in the Application Form for Exemption (Deferred Exam) of Suqian Physical Education Senior High School Entrance Examination by themselves before March 20th, and after the applicant, guardian, head teacher and principal in charge sign it, the school seals it, and provide the diagnosis certificate and medical records of hospitals at or above the county level (all originals), among which disabled students must provide the Application Form issued by Suqian Disabled Persons' Federation. The school shall report to the local education department for approval and confirmation before the end of March, and then the test shall be exempted.

(2) Students who apply for deferment of the test must fill in the Application Form for Exemption from the Physical Education Entrance Examination (Deferred Test) in Suqian City one week in advance (except in special circumstances), and after being signed by the applicant, the guardian, the head teacher and the principal in charge, the school will affix its official seal, and provide the diagnosis certificate and medical records of hospitals at or above the county level (all original), and the school will report them to the local education authorities for approval and confirmation in a unified and timely manner.

VI. Relevant requirements

1. Strengthen organizational leadership. Physical education examination is an important part of senior high school entrance examination and a national education examination. Education bureaus of counties (districts) should attach great importance to and seriously organize, strengthen discipline education and professional training for examination staff, unify and strictly enforce equipment specifications and venue standards, unify grading standards, strictly manage and strictly supervise to ensure fairness, impartiality and openness of the examination, and never allow fraud or cheating in the examination room. Once found, the scores of relevant candidates will be treated as zero points.

2. Ensure the safety of the exam. Schools around the country should conscientiously implement security measures and formulate emergency handling plans; It is necessary to strengthen the safety inspection of examination venues and equipment to eliminate potential safety hazards; We should conscientiously do a good job in the physical examination of students before the exam, especially pay attention to the examination of students' cardiopulmonary function, and put an end to accidents; Each test center should be equipped with medical staff, set up medical rescue points, and keep close contact with local medical rescue institutions; Pay attention to traffic and food safety to prevent problems before they happen.
