4. Select the "Incremental Housing Declaration" module.

5. Select "advance notice registration number"-click "query advance notice registration number" to confirm the query information and click "OK".

6. Click "Query" to query the invoice information of incremental housing, and then click "OK" after confirming that the amount is correct.

7. Confirm the incremental house information, fill in the correct "Contract Signing Date" and "Township Street where the house is located", and click OK.

8. Confirm the "Buyer Information", click the "Get Housing Suite" module to get the family housing suite information, check the information and click "OK".

Remarks: Please fill in the information of spouse and minor children truthfully in the column of "Buyer's Family Information".

9. Click "Confirm" after confirming the tax information.

10. Tick "I agree", read the "Commitment Letter of Integrity" and click "Submit for Review".

After the tax authorities review, return to the "Home Page", click "I want to pay taxes"-"Tax declaration and payment"-"Query", find out the tax payment information, and choose the payment method (generally, it is more convenient to choose third-party payment such as WeChat and Alipay)-scan the code after selecting the payment method.

12. Issue tax payment vouchers

Go back to the home page-"I want to pay taxes"-"Issue a certificate"-"Issue a tax payment certificate (non-printed)"-and click "Query".

13. Confirm the tax information and click "Publish".

14. Confirm the tax payment voucher and click "Print" to print the tax payment voucher.
