Change process of business scope of sole proprietorship enterprise

According to Article 14 of the Measures for the Administration of Registration of Sole proprietorship Enterprises, a sole proprietorship enterprise shall submit the following documents to the registration authority when applying for change of registration:

(1) An application for registration of change signed by the investor;

(2) Other documents required by the State Administration of Market Supervision.

Engaged in the business that must be reported to the relevant departments for examination and approval according to laws and administrative regulations, the approval documents of the relevant departments shall be submitted.

Where an entrusted agent applies for registration of change, it shall submit the power of attorney of the investor and the identity certificate or qualification certificate of the agent.

Paragraph 1 of Article 13 stipulates that if a sole proprietorship enterprise changes its name, domicile and business scope, it shall apply to the original registration authority for registration of change within 05 days from the date of making the change decision.
