Industrialization of geological data information service cluster is a systematic project. To carry out this work, it is necessary to comprehensively consider all aspects of the whole geological data. This paper mainly introduces some thoughts on developing and promoting the clustering industrialization of geological information services in Zhejiang Province under the overall requirements and work objectives of the Ministry, combined with the actual situation and work characteristics of Zhejiang Province, in order to attract more attention and discuss with colleagues.

1 Present situation of geological data information service in Zhejiang Province

1. 1 Basic information of geological data

By strictly implementing the geological data collection system and receiving and checking the collected geological data according to the specified requirements, in recent years, the quantity of collected geological data in Zhejiang Province has been kept at a high level, and the quality of collected geological data has been continuously improved. By the end of 20111,the total number of geological data in the collection reached 8364, an increase of 5. 1% over the previous year.

At present, the digitalization of graphics and text in the whole province is progressing steadily, and it is drawing to a close. 1.2 Progress and present situation of promoting industrialization and modernization

According to the requirements and objectives of the Work Plan for Promoting the Cluster Industrialization of Geological Information Services issued by the Ministry of Land and Resources, Zhejiang actively promotes the industrialization and modernization. First of all, combined with the actual situation and working characteristics of Zhejiang Province, the implementation plan of clustering industrialization of geological data information service is formulated. Second, pay attention to the digitalization of geological data, and the digitalization of geological data in the collection is constantly improving. At present, 4,896 kinds of geological data have been digitized, and the digitization rate of geological data in the collection has reached 95.8%.

2.3 Construction of geological data management service system

Through the construction of geological data management service system, data reception, acceptance, sorting, identification, storage, utilization and whole process management are gradually realized from four aspects: business management, data management, data utilization and social service, so as to improve the network service level of geological data, improve the retrieval ability and service ability, and improve the management and service efficiency of geological data.

(6) The design of the universal interface for data interaction of the system adopts related standards such as object-oriented database and structured query (SQL, XML, etc.). ) to meet the requirements of users.

(9) The database adopts SQL SERVER2000 high-performance relational database management system, which realizes efficient data access and supports the attributes of users' geological data and the high reliability and stability of file storage.

2.4 Provide clustered geological data information services for the "One Map" work.

According to the requirements of the "Golden Soil Project" construction plan of the Ministry of Land and Resources, the national "One Map" project plan and the resource informatization construction plan of Zhejiang Province, in the "One Map" construction, the information service of geological data is related to the mining administration, and the geological data information of the geological data catalog database, digital results of pictures and texts and other collection results is related to the construction of provincial mineral resources master planning database, exploration right distribution database and mining right distribution database. Two-dimensional and three-dimensional graphic display platforms are developed, and the interface between geographic information system and online examination and approval system of exploration and mining rights is developed, and relevant geological data information runs through it, which realizes the geological data information support and service in mining rights related fields, provides geological data background information service for mining rights decision-making and approval, and realizes the clustering of geological data.

2.5 Develop geological data service data products.

On the basis of clustering work such as digitalization and vectorization of geological data, the development experiment of geological data public service data products was carried out. In order to meet the demand of data sharing and social service of urban geological information on local area network and wide area network, a system of urban geological information sharing and social service based on B/S mode is established. The system has the functions of geological data catalog retrieval, achievement data retrieval, three-dimensional model display and analysis, file upload and download, dynamic news management, professional chart generation, metadata release and so on.

Establish an urban geological data management platform for multi-thematic applications, an analysis and research platform for geological professionals, a decision support platform for government personnel, and an information sharing and service platform for the public. Realize the real-time application of data, including the development and testing of data products such as query statistics, professional map compilation, professional analysis and evaluation, three-dimensional geological modeling, report production and output.

Through the work of cluster industrialization, the network system of geological data information service and product service is finally established.

3 "two-oriented" work should be considered to establish safeguards.

In order to further improve the clustering industrialization of geological data information service, corresponding safeguard measures are needed.
