Shenzhen ranks first in regional salary with an average monthly salary of 9,890 yuan. This is the seventh consecutive year that Shenzhen has ranked first in this category. Guangzhou ranks second, with an average monthly salary of 8,973 yuan; Zhuhai ranks third, with an average monthly salary of 7,861 yuan, 390 yuan higher than fourth-placed Foshan.
