Terminology explanation of special supervisor system
Special supervisor system: refers to a supervision system in which state organs at all levels employ specific citizens to perform corresponding democratic supervision duties part-time, including special supervisors, special education supervisors, special tax inspectors and special auditors. Special supervisors are an important force that cannot be ignored in the current implementation of democratic supervision. Inviting inspectors to participate in government-related work has also found specific ways for democratic parties and people without party affiliation to participate in and discuss state affairs.
