If you want to bind the bank card, first open the personal income tax app. Open it and click Personal Center in the lower right corner. Then log in to the account and click on the bank card. Click the Add button in the upper right corner of the bank card interface. Then enter the bank card number, name and reservation number, and then click Next. Then you need to verify the phone, enter the verification code, and click Finish. This will prompt that the binding is successful, and you can see the added bank card in the bank card interface.

Personal bank card traffic is too large to be required to pay personal income tax. The tax authorities will make a judgment on whether to levy individual income tax and income declaration.
