In order to strengthen the management of fireworks sales and discharge, ensure public safety and personal and property safety, and prevent environmental pollution, according to the Regulations on the Safety Management of Fireworks and Firecrackers in the State Council and the Regulations on the Management of Fireworks and Firecrackers Sales and Discharge in Wenzhou, it is decided to prohibit the sales and discharge of fireworks and firecrackers throughout the county. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
First, it is forbidden to sell and set off fireworks and firecrackers in the built-up area where Yongjia county government is located. The scope of the built-up area is as follows:
Dongcheng Street: Wangjiang Community and Chengdong Community;
