(3) Hold a license to the lobby of the State Taxation Bureau in the jurisdiction where it is located, and inquire whether there are any unpaid taxes. Some need to be verified or signed by the special administrator of the jurisdiction to get the tax payment certificate;

(4) invoices with tax vouchers;

3. Cancel the tax plate. Need to bring the tax plate, ID card, official seal and other materials to the national tax hall to cancel the tax plate;

4. Bring the original and photocopy of the tax registration certificate, business license, official seal and other materials, fill in the cancellation application, apply to the national tax for cancellation, and pay the value-added tax and local tax surcharge for the current month;

5. After receiving the receipt of cancellation of national tax, apply for cancellation of local tax with business license and official seal, and pay the value-added tax and local tax surcharge of the current month.

After obtaining a business license, individual industrial and commercial households shall go through tax registration according to law.

Where the contents of the tax registration of individual industrial and commercial households change, the tax registration shall be changed or cancelled according to law.
